OUR SERVICE PLATFORM
Clients have one point of contact at Mbezi Beach. Each organization delivers its own service under its own agreement, responsibilities and required approvals.
Leadership forums, international conferences, professional gatherings and gospel music festivals serving East Africa and the wider continent. The venue is described by the founder as accommodating up to 5,000 people; safe occupancy, event configuration and facilities must be independently confirmed before a specific event is contracted.
Conference and event enquiries ↗Planned airline ticket agency, travel planning, airport reception, hotel coordination and tailored tourism introductions for international visitors and executive delegations. Ticket sales, packaged tourism and confirmed bookings depend on the relevant licences and supplier agreements.
Travel and visitor enquiries ↗Proposed coordination of VIP protection, secure guest movements and event access planning through YSSCL, subject to a written partnership, its verified authorisations and a security assessment for each engagement.

Tell us the event dates, group size, arrival plans, destination, accessibility needs and level of guest support required.
GC coordinates with the WMI–HQ venue team and, where appropriate, YSSCL and authorized travel suppliers to assess availability, scope and approvals.
Each provider confirms its role, capacity, price, terms and permissions in writing. A request alone is not a confirmed reservation.
After agreement and applicable licences, the designated providers coordinate arrivals, venue operations, travel and protection for the visit.
ONE COORDINATION OFFICE
The proposed coordination desk at WMI–HQ receives stakeholder requests and directs them to the appropriate service provider. WMI–HQ retains control of its venue; GC handles its own travel and guest-service scope; YSSCL handles any agreed protection services. Written agreements must specify venue rights, client contracting, responsibility, data handling and payment flows.

Service status: the WMI–HQ venue is presented as an existing location; the 5,000-person figure is founder-provided and must be verified against safe occupancy for each event. GC Tours & Travel ticketing and tourism and YSSCL protection are proposed coordinated services, subject to appropriate licences, partner agreements and availability. No online request constitutes a confirmed booking.
